You probably have a gold medal award for best dieter. You’ve followed every rule, every diet, every guideline ever given to you in hopes that it will pay off in the form of ultimate weight loss.
Yet somehow, you find yourself creeping back up the scale or yo-yo-ing between sizes. And your inner dialogue starts to look like this . . .
“What the f#*& happened?” (you ask yourself). “It was supposed to work this time” (you tell yourself). “I’ll never lose this weight” (you stop believing yourself.
That’s where I step in and welcome you. You’re finally here at the end of the road after trying every thing, and now you’re ready to try something that works. Watch the video and start your journey to Eat What You Love.

LOVE LOVE LOVE what you are doing! I definitely don’t get the Gold Medal Award….I don’t even PLACE!
I look forward to learning more from you! I need to get this part of me under CONTROL!
Thanks Courtney. I remember that feeling “that I needed to get it under control” and the major switch that saved my body and relationship with food was realizing that I WAS in control, I just was not exercising it. That difference changes everything. You already have the control you need, you just have to choose to exercise it with every decision you make around food. We vote for our future bodies and health when we grocery shop, when we snack, when we go to restaurants, when we grab a quick bite, etc. Applying the L.O.V.E. principles really helped me shift and exude confidence in my choices. Email me at schapman@eatrelatelove and let’s chat more in depth so we can uncover the roots of your particular situation and help you design a plan that you can feel in control
